4. Sales Consultant – Mining & Construction

Locations: Lusaka, Kitwe, Solwezi, Lumwana, Choma, Kasama, Kalumbila

Role Summary: Drive sales of machines and power solutions, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored products to meet customer requirements.

• Grow machine sales and rental hours within assigned territories
• Generate leads, manage customer coverage, and meet sales targets
• Promote machine connectivity and Customer Value Agreements
• Negotiate offers and explore new business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full Grade 12 certificate with strong academic record
• University degree in Engineering or Commercial field (ZAQA certified)
• At least 5 years’ experience in Zambian mining or construction sectors
• Membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of Perkins Electric Power products and Chinese language skills are advantages

Key Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client management abilities.
