1. Parts Sales Person

Locations: Lusaka, Kitwe, Solwezi, Lumwana, Kalumbila

Role Summary: Drive aftermarket revenue by selling genuine machinery parts, managing customer accounts, and minimizing equipment downtime through prompt, accurate service.

• Assist customers in identifying correct parts using SIS 2.0
• Create and follow up on quotes, process orders efficiently
• Provide backorder status updates and plan parts releases via CRM
• Utilize SAP ERP and Hydraulic Information System (HIS)
• Prepare shopping carts and quotations on Parts.Cat.com (PCC)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full Grade 12 certificate with strong results
• Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Membership with Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in a parts warehouse environment
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Clean driver’s license and ability to operate lifting equipment

Key Competencies: Attention to detail, customer service orientation, communication skills, mechanical understanding, and basic financial acumen.
