6. Parts Warehouse Assistant

Locations: Lusaka, Kitwe, Solwezi, Lumwana, Kalumbila

Role Summary: Efficiently receive, bin, pick, dispatch, and deliver parts while maintaining safety and compliance with warehouse procedures.

• Exceed daily warehouse KPIs and maintain clean performance reports
• Comply with order specifications within quality and time standards
• Operate heavy lifting equipment safely
• Demonstrate effective self-management and ownership of tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full Grade 12 certificate with good grades
• Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management
• Membership with Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)
• Experience in parts warehouse operations
• Clean driver’s license and ability to operate forklifts

Key Competencies: Organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and effective communication.
