5. Inventory Supervisor

Locations: Lusaka, Kitwe, Solwezi, Lumwana

Role Summary: Optimize inventory levels, ensure parts availability, and maintain warehouse accuracy to reduce equipment downtime and maximize profitability.

• Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes, and investigate variances
• Manage warehouse layouts for efficiency and safety
• Monitor slow-moving stock and coordinate inbound shipments
• Manage stock performance reports and lead-time strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full Grade 12 certificate with good grades
• Degree or Diploma in Purchasing & Supply or Supply Chain Management
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory control, preferably in heavy machinery or mining supplies
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, or Syspro
• Membership with the Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)

Key Competencies: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, people management, and ethical teamwork.
