2. Product Support Sales Representative

Locations: Kitwe, Solwezi, Kalumbila, Lumwana

Role Summary: Provide expert customer service and technical support, advising on preventative maintenance and product configurations to optimize performance.

• Manage customer visits and maintain accurate account databases
• Achieve KPIs including customer satisfaction and sales coverage
• Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
• Conduct equipment inspections using Cat Inspect and CTS
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Equipment Management teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full Grade 12 certificate and university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience in mining or construction industries
• Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license

Key Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
