3. SALES PERSONNEL – 2 POSITIONS

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining and heavy equipment sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with mining companies, contractors and other key customers.
• Promote and sell heavy mining and construction equipment, spare parts and related services.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an effective sales pipeline.
• Support after-sales customer relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience, preferably in mining, heavy equipment, construction or a related industrial sector.
• Proven experience selling heavy equipment, mining machinery, spare parts or related services.
• Previous experience dealing with major mining companies such as Barrick, First Quantum or similar mining operations is highly desirable.
• Strong business development, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to mining sites and client locations.
