HSE Manager

1. HSE MANAGER – 1 POSITION

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Zambian occupational health, safety and environmental requirements and client standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, toolbox meetings and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
• Liaise with client HSE teams and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant HSE professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant HSE experience, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment sector.
• Experience working with major mining companies such as Barrick, First Quantum or similar mining operations is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk management and incident investigation.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work at mining sites.
