Sales Staff

JOB POSITION: SALES STAFF

Responsibilities

To identify and pursue new business opportunities with individual and corporate clients.
To develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to support business growth and customer acquisition.
To prepare and present proposals, quotations, and maintain contacts with clients.
To negotiate terms and close sales to meet revenue targets for any given period.
To respond to customer inquiries, queries and provide excellent customer service.
To help the company build and maintain strong client relationships.
To assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
To track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
To manage on-the-counter sales.

Qualifications

Full Grade 12 Certificate or Equivalent
Diploma in Sales or Marketing Management

Experience

At least 2 years working experience.

Skills

Should possess strong supervision skills.
Should have interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Should demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and tact in the execution of duties.
