Sales Officer

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Business: Hardware tools, auto spare parts & used cars

We are hiring a Field Sales Officer for customer development. Experience in hardware, auto spare parts or used car sales will be a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities

1. Visit customers onsite, actively develop B2B clients including contractors, fleet companies, wholesalers and workshops.
2. Promote hardware tools, auto spare parts and used cars during field visits, conduct negotiation, quotation and follow up to close deals.
3. Maintain existing customers with regular visits, secure repeat orders and build long-term business relationships.
4. Keep customer visit records, feedback market updates, competitor pricing and client requirements timely.
5. Support in-store sales when needed and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience in hardware tools, auto spare parts OR used cars is preferred
• Comfortable with field work, independent customer prospecting, self-motivated, target-driven and able to work under pressure
• Good negotiation and communication skills, honest and reliable
• Basic English for local client communication; driving license is a big advantage for field visits
• Ready to work full time in Lusaka and travel for customer visits

Remuneration

Basic salary + attractive sales commission, unlimited earning potential. Bonus available for top performers. Stable product supply and support for field sales.
