Background

Peza Job Zambia is recruiting on behalf of a client in the plastics manufacturing industry based in Lusaka.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representatives will be responsible for promoting the company's products, acquiring customers and generating sales.

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Promote and sell the company's products.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and prospective customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable approaching and engaging potential customers.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and conduct field sales activities.
• Valid driver's licence will be an advantage.
