2. Front Office Attendant (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
• Verify guest information and handle reservations and payments accurately.
• Respond to enquiries regarding rooms, services, and rates.
• Maintain front office records and coordinate with housekeeping on room status.
• Manage guest complaints and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate required; hospitality-related certification is an advantage.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in front office, hotel reception, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with reservation or property management systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills, with professional appearance.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
