5. Housekeeper Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to high standards.
• Change linens, replenish amenities, and inspect rooms for quality assurance.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure safe handling of cleaning materials.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and security protocols.
• Coordinate with front office regarding room readiness and supply levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate preferred; certification in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
• Experience in hotel or lodge housekeeping or professional cleaning is beneficial.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Physically able to perform housekeeping duties and work flexible hours.
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
