We are recruiting for the following positions within the hospitality sector:

1. Guest Experience Officer (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and serve as their primary contact throughout their stay.
• Understand and address guest preferences and expectations effectively.
• Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and activities.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage departments to ensure seamless service.
• Promptly resolve guest requests and complaints, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Assist with special arrangements and maintain detailed records of guest interactions.
• Promote available services and facilities to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, Customer Service, or related field preferred.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with keen attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
