Position Overview for Contract Finance Loan Officer Jobs in Lusaka

We are recruiting two full-time Contract Finance Loan Officers responsible for managing loan processing, documentation, project monitoring, disbursement follow-up, and collections for Contract Finance projects financed by Panda Africa Solutions Limited. The role demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to ensure timely repayments while effectively monitoring projects.

Available Positions

• Loan Officer – Government-Funded Projects: Oversee and monitor Contract Finance projects funded through government contracts.
• Loan Officer – Privately Funded Projects: Manage and monitor Contract Finance projects financed by private-sector contracts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications in credit management, lending, or risk management are advantageous.

Relevant Experience

• Proven experience in loan processing, credit assessment, loan administration, collections, or project monitoring.
• Experience with contract financing, government-funded, or private-sector projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with loan documentation, disbursement procedures, repayment schedules, and credit risk management.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and financial assessment capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to monitor projects, follow up on disbursements, and ensure timely loan repayments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
