2 POSITIONS New Solwezi Branch North-Western Province
Dorset provides lending solutions to individuals and SMEs across Zambia. Help us grow our new Solwezi branch.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Find and onboard new clients through fieldwork, referrals and partnerships
- Assess loan applications with site visits and affordability checks
- Prepare credit appraisal reports for approval
- Inspect collateral and complete security documents
- Monitor repayments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Report to the Branch Manager on performance
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- At least 2 years in lending, credit assessment, microfinance or banking
- Strong understanding of secured lending and credit evaluation
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Solwezi / North- Western market is an advantage
