About the Salesperson Role

As a Salesperson at Share Africa Zambia, you will play a vital role in promoting our products, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidates will be hardworking, self-motivated, and focused on achieving sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities for Salesperson Jobs in Lusaka

• Promote and sell company products to customers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow sales.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Collect customer orders and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries and payments where applicable.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Certificates or diplomas in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are advantageous.
• Valid driving license categories B or C.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Honest, disciplined, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales goals.
• Willingness to travel within assigned sales territories.
