About the Sales & Marketing Specialist Role

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and effectively promoting our services. This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of K4,000 per month, complemented by a commission structure ranging from 2.5% to 5% on sales, dependent on performance and specific sale criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Acquire and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.
• Promote Redfox Property & Care Solutions’ services through strategic marketing campaigns.
• Utilize digital marketing tools including social media, advertising, and content creation to enhance brand visibility.
• Leverage CRM systems and lead-tracking platforms to monitor sales pipelines and analyze data.
• Represent the company professionally, upholding a premium brand image.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage client portfolios effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly target-driven.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and content creation.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred; candidates without a degree should have a minimum of four years relevant experience.
• A valid driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary and Commission

• Starting Salary: K4,000 per month
• Sales Commission: 2.5% – 5% based on performance and sale specifics
