Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will focus on expanding our market presence and nurturing client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct consultations and effectively pitch our event management and hospitality services.
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in event management or hospitality sectors.
• An existing client portfolio is essential.
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven personality.

Event Setup & Technical Specialist

This role involves hands-on technical work to ensure the flawless execution of events through expert setup and maintenance of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, assemble, and dismantle event structures such as stages, trusses, backdrop frames, and lighting or sound equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship with meticulous attention to detail.
• Oversee logistics and upkeep of event equipment to ensure reliability.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in event setup and technical support.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and technical aptitude to manage demanding event environments.
