3. Sales & Marketing Officer

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Promoting and selling company products and services.
• Providing accurate product information and excellent customer service.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Preparing quotations and following up on sales leads.
• Conducting market research and monitoring competitors.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Meeting agreed sales targets.
• Preparing regular sales and marketing reports.
• Supporting promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets consistently.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Confident, presentable, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
