Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily management, training and performance assessment of the sales team.
• Formulate and implement sales plans to achieve the company's sales targets.
• Develop new markets, build up and maintain sales channels and partner resources.
• Instruct sales staff to carry out marketing promotion activities so as to boost sales performance.
• Analyze sales data, propose improvement solutions and continuously optimize sales workflows.
• Coordinate and resolve problems occurring in the sales process to improve the overall operational efficiency of the team.
• Complete other work assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; candidates majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
• Over two years of sales management experience; experience in FMCG, finance, telecommunications or other related industries is a plus.
• Possess excellent abilities in team management, communication coordination and market expansion.

Mandatory requirement:

• Manage team
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive at work with a strong sense of responsibility and able to withstand certain work pressure.
• Candidates holding a valid driving license with independent driving ability are preferred.

Mandatory requirement:

the workplace will be based in Lusaka at the initial stage, and the incumbent must accept business trips or long-term postings across Zambia in the later period.
