Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

2. Junior IT Officer

Responsibilities include:

• Providing first-level technical support to staff.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assisting with user accounts, system access, and basic network administration.
• Performing routine maintenance and updates on IT assets.
• Supporting CCTV, networking, POS, and other technology systems as needed.
• Escalating complex technical problems to the IT Manager or technical team.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous IT support experience is a plus.
