3. SALES, MARKETING & IT OFFICER

Part Time

Gramus Express Farms Ltd is looking for a versatile, proactive and technology-oriented Sales, Marketing & IT Officer to support the company's sales, marketing and day-to-day technology needs.

The successful candidate will combine sales and marketing responsibilities with basic IT and digital support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

• Develop and implement sales and marketing activities.
• Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote the company's products and services.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer needs and market trends.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Follow up on leads and potential customers.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports.
• Support customer retention and business growth.
• Assist with the company's social media and digital marketing activities.

IT & Digital Support

• Provide basic day-to-day IT support to staff and company operations.
• Assist with computer, printer, internet and other basic technology-related issues.
• Support installation and basic maintenance of software and computer systems.
• Assist staff with Microsoft Office, email and other digital tools.
• Support the maintenance of company digital records and files.
• Assist with POS systems and other technology used in the business.
• Support data entry, reporting and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify recurring IT challenges and report them to management or the relevant service provider.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Studies or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with practical IT knowledge or experience.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic computer and technology problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Customer-focused, proactive and organised.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel between company locations when required.

Added Advantage

• Experience with POS systems.
• Graphic design or digital content creation skills.
• Experience managing social media pages.
• Knowledge of basic networking and computer maintenance.
• Experience in sales, marketing or retail operations.
