Available Positions for Manufacturing Jobs in Masaiti District

1. Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials, spare parts, and equipment essential for plant operations.
• Evaluate and select suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain comprehensive procurement records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and maintenance teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international suppliers.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a brewery, distillery, refinery, or similar processing plant.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with procurement or ERP systems is advantageous.
• High integrity and meticulous attention to detail.

General Requirements for All Manufacturing Jobs in Masaiti District

• Valid National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport.
• Willingness to be based full-time on-site at the Masaiti District factory.
• Reliable, hardworking, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
