Available Positions for Manufacturing Jobs in Masaiti District

1. Machine Operator / Electromechanics (Brewery/Distillery/Refinery Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor fermentation, distillation, or processing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Adjust process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to maintain product quality.
• Conduct routine checks, adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Adhere to SOPs and health & safety regulations; maintain accurate production and process logs.
• Report equipment faults or irregularities promptly to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field, or recognized trade/craft certification.
• TEVETA trade test certification where applicable.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating machinery in brewery, distillery, refinery, or similar plants.
• Good understanding of fermentation, distillation, or related processing operations.

General Requirements for All Manufacturing Jobs in Masaiti District

• Valid National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport.
• Willingness to be based full-time on-site at the Masaiti District factory.
• Reliable, hardworking, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
