Available Positions for Manufacturing Jobs in Masaiti District

1. Device Mechanic (Equipment Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, servicing, and repairs of production equipment including pumps, valves, boilers, distillation columns, tanks, and piping.
• Diagnose faults and execute effective, lasting repairs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and equipment failure.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new plant equipment.
• Collaborate closely with machine operators and engineers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain detailed maintenance and repair records.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Fitting, Millwright, or related mechanical trade.
• TEVETA trade test certification or affiliation with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ), if applicable.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant equipment maintenance and repair experience in brewery, distillery, refinery, or similar plants.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of pumps, valves, boilers, and general process equipment.

General Requirements for All Manufacturing Jobs in Masaiti District

• Valid National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport.
• Willingness to be based full-time on-site at the Masaiti District factory.
• Reliable, hardworking, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
