Marketing Specialist

Professional Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, gathering customer insights, and supporting product positioning and promotional strategies. This role works closely with product, sales, and market teams to ensure products are effectively introduced and promoted in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market visits at least twice per week to understand customer needs and buying behavior.
• Analyze competing products and provide weekly reports on market trends and competitor updates.
• Monitor importer product updates and identify new market opportunities.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing promotional materials, product presentations, and marketing content using Photoshop and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams on new product launches and market introductions.
• Organize weekly meetings with international teams and share marketing updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for product managers, sales teams, and market teams.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders through email.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 year of marketing, market research, or product marketing experience.
• Experience in building materials or tile products is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
