About the Role: Marketing Specialist Jobs in Lusaka

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our digital presence, creating compelling marketing content, and driving lead generation initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing brand awareness and increasing customer engagement within Zambia’s agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing and Social Media Management: Oversee and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business. Develop strategies to boost brand visibility and attract qualified leads. Identify and target key customer segments such as commercial farm owners, farm managers, agribusinesses, and agricultural input dealers. Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
• Content Creation and Visual Design: Design marketing materials including posters and social media graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop. Produce and edit promotional and educational videos with CapCut or similar software. Craft engaging English-language content tailored to the Zambian agricultural market, highlighting drone spraying, farm solutions, product demonstrations, and customer success stories.
• Digital Advertising and Performance Analytics: Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns via Meta Ads Manager. Conduct audience research to target customers effectively based on location and agricultural interests. Monitor campaign metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and advertising costs. Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements. Apply basic SEO and SEM techniques to enhance online visibility and customer acquisition.
• Customer Engagement and Lead Conversion: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via social media and WhatsApp Business. Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up on leads. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities. Support field marketing activities including farm demonstrations, exhibitions, and other promotional events as needed.
