1. Field Manager – Chipata

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all field sales activities to ensure effective execution.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet targets.
• Set and monitor monthly placement, sales, and revenue objectives.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Manage distribution of Kazang machines across the region.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market share.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline.
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits in Mathematics and English.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales or a similar role.
• Valid driver’s licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Familiarity with motorbike riding or vehicle ownership is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

2. Field Biker – Lusaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide education on Kazang’s products and services, including after-sales support.
• Respond promptly to client queries, requests, and complaints.
• Conduct customer training sessions and manage complaint resolution effectively.
• Oversee branding activities at customer premises.
• Distribute paper rolls and other materials to clients as required.
• Adhere to daily work plans issued by the Sales Coordinator.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a motorcycle rider within a reputable organization.
• Valid Class A motorcycle driving licence; 2 years preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
