Field Manager CHIPATA

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all field sales activities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Set and monitor monthly placement, sales, and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee the distribution of Kazang machines
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least a credit in Mathematics and English
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Sales or similar
• Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years)
• Knowledge of riding a motorbike or own vehicle is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
