Field Biker LUSAKA

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Educate clients on existing and new products and services, including aftersales support
• Respond to client queries, requests, and complaints
• Conduct customer training and handle complaint resolution
• Oversee branding of customer premises
• Distribute paper rolls to clients
• Follow daily work plans provided by the Sales Coordinator

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a motorcycle rider with a reputable organisation
• Valid Class A motorcycle driving licence (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
