Human Resource Assistant Role

The Human Resource Assistant will support HR functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with labour laws and effective personnel management. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of Zambian labour regulations.

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is mandatory.
• Academic qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
• Proficient knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.

Safety Officer Position

The Safety Officer will oversee workplace safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety inspections to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Candidates must demonstrate experience in safety management and relevant regulatory knowledge.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• ZAQA verification of academic credentials is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
• Proven experience in risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Professional certification in safety is advantageous.
