Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer or Content Creator, supported by a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating quality video production and creative storytelling.
• Strong experience using professional cameras and smartphones to produce engaging, high-quality content for social media and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing tools.
• Good understanding of social media formats, trends and audience preferences across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities, with a good understanding of composition, lighting, pacing and brand consistency.
• Comfortable working on location at events, retail spaces, warehouses, outdoor activations and other environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work flexible hours when required for events and content shoots.
• Experience with photography, drone footage, motion graphics or product content creation would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and document events, product launches, promotional activities, brand activations and other activities to create engaging visual content.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage and promotional content for social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photographs and video assets for use across social media, marketing materials, catalogues and digital platforms.
• Plan and storyboard content shoots in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure content supports campaigns and brand objectives.
• Manage the complete video editing process, including cutting footage, colour grading, sound editing, captions, subtitles and final formatting.
• Maintain an organised archive of raw footage, edited videos, photographs and other digital assets for future use.
• Monitor current social media video trends and adapt content ideas and formats to improve audience engagement and performance.
• Support product photography, studio shoots and e-commerce content creation while maintaining consistent visual quality and brand presentation.

• Strong videography and camera operation skills, with the ability to capture professional and engaging footage in different environments.
• Advanced video editing skills, including cutting, colour grading, sound editing, captions and social media formatting.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative content development skills, with an understanding of audience engagement.
• Good photography skills, including product, lifestyle, event and social media photography.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other digital content platforms.
• Storyboarding and content planning skills, with the ability to turn creative ideas into structured video concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills when managing multiple content projects.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with marketing teams and other content creators.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Film, Videography, Photography, Media Studies, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Relevant certification or training in videography, video production, photography or digital content creation.
• Proven practical experience in videography, video production or social media content creation.
• A professional portfolio or showreel demonstrating video filming, editing and creative production capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or other professional video editing software.
• Knowledge of social media content formats, video specifications and platform requirements.
• Additional training or experience in photography, drone operation, motion graphics or visual design would be beneficial.
