Station Supervisor

Henan Filling Station, a reputable Oil Marketing Company based at No. 12453, Zambezi Road, Lusaka, invites applications from suitably qualified, honest, disciplined and hardworking Zambians to fill vacant positions at its Lusaka and Ndola stations.

Minimum General Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
• No criminal record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of honesty, discipline and responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Relevant work experience will be an added advantage.

Position-Specific Requirements

Station Supervisors: Relevant supervisory experience with the ability to coordinate staff and monitor daily operations.

The role of a Station Supervisor involves overseeing the day-to-day activities at a filling station, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This includes managing staff, monitoring fuel and shop sales, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a supervisory capacity within a similar environment.
