Fuel Attendants

Henan Filling Station, a reputable Oil Marketing Company based at No. 12453, Zambezi Road, Lusaka, invites applications from suitably qualified, honest, disciplined and hardworking Zambians to fill vacant positions at its Lusaka and Ndola stations.

Minimum General Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
• No criminal record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of honesty, discipline and responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Relevant work experience will be an added advantage.

Position-Specific Requirements

Fuel Attendants:

• Good customer service, honesty and accuracy in handling cash and fuel transactions, ability to follow fuel-handling and safety procedures.

Cleaners:

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, attention to detail and willingness to perform assigned duties.

Shop Attendants/Cashiers:

• Basic numeracy, customer service skills, ability to handle cash and operate a Point-of-Sale system. Previous retail experience is an advantage.

Station Supervisors:

• Relevant supervisory experience with the ability to coordinate staff and monitor daily operations.

Station Manager:

• Relevant management qualification or experience, ability to manage staff, stock, sales and daily operations, strong leadership and organisational skills.

Accountant:

• Relevant accounting qualification, knowledge of bookkeeping, financial records and reporting.

Drivers:

• Valid driver's licence for the relevant class, good driving record and knowledge of road safety.

Maintenance Technicians:

• Relevant technical qualification or practical experience, knowledge of equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis and safety procedures.

Lubricants Sales Attendants:

• Good sales and customer service skills. Knowledge of lubricants and automotive products will be an added advantage.
