Key Responsibilities for Station Manager Jobs in Mazabuka

• Provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate station staff, managing schedules and performance development.
• Oversee all daily station activities, ensuring operational efficiency, stock availability, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Drive sales of fuel and LPG products while managing financial transactions, cash flow, costs, losses, and accurate reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental regulations, particularly concerning fuel and LPG handling and storage.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, perform stock reconciliations, and implement loss-prevention measures.
• Maintain precise records of operations, sales, inventory, payments, and financial data, promptly reporting any discrepancies.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• A tertiary certificate in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in sales or operations within the oil and gas industry or FMCG sector.
