About the Role: Digital Power Solutions Manager Jobs in Lusaka

The Digital Power Solutions Manager will spearhead the commercialization, lifecycle management, and delivery of scalable digital power solutions that maximize asset performance and customer value. This role integrates expertise in power and energy with advanced digital tools such as IoT, cloud platforms, data analytics, automation, and intelligent power systems. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments—including engineering, sales, finance, and operations—as well as with technology partners and customers to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Power Strategy & Business Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital power solutions strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Identify emerging trends and market opportunities in digital energy and power management.
• Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to drive growth and differentiation.
• Create new digital power offerings based on customer needs and market demand.
• Build robust business cases for new technologies, partnerships, and investments.
• Manage the digital power solutions pipeline to support revenue growth.

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Lead the design of end-to-end digital power solutions for diverse sectors including commercial, industrial, telecommunications, utilities, and data centers.
• Translate customer requirements into practical, scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
• Develop solution architectures, technical specifications, bills of materials, and implementation plans.
• Ensure interoperability across power systems, devices, sensors, software platforms, and communication protocols.
• Evaluate technologies such as smart energy meters, IoT devices and sensors, remote monitoring systems, energy management systems, and battery energy storage systems.

Customer Solutions & Technical Engagement:

• Engage directly with customers to understand their power, energy, operational, and digital transformation needs.
• Conduct technical assessments and site surveys as necessary.
• Develop customized technical and commercial solutions to meet client requirements.
