Key Requirements

• 9–12 years of overall SAP experience, including at least 5 years specialising in SAP EPPM and Project System (PS).
• Proven experience with at least two end-to-end SAP implementations, including hands-on solution design and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PS integration with PM, HR, FI, CO, MM, SD, BW, PPM, and CPM modules.
• Practical experience with SAP Investment Management, Finance and HR processes, including Asset Accounting and CATS Time Writing.
• Experience with ABAP objects, batch jobs, BI/BW reporting, Fiori applications, and query development.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, solution design, feasibility studies, and process improvement.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or another complex enterprise environment would be beneficial.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and IT best practices.
• Manage SAP configuration and master data activities while ensuring effective integration across relevant business modules.
• Lead solution design activities, workshops, process reviews, and technical discussions with business analysts and process experts.
• Perform unit and integration testing, resolve defects, and support solutions through implementation, Go-Live, and hypercare.
• Analyse production incidents, identify root causes, and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.
• Support teams in resolving complex SAP functional issues and provide guidance to analysts and managed service teams.
• Ensure SAP solutions are scalable, well documented, supportable, and compliant with governance requirements.
• Identify and implement functional enhancements to improve business processes, system performance, and overall solution effectiveness.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• SAP certifications in PS, EPPM, or SAP S/4HANA would be advantageous.
• Relevant SAP training and professional development in enterprise systems and solution design.
• Additional qualifications or certifications related to SAP, business processes, or project management would be beneficial.
