About the Social Media Marketer Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing multiple social media platforms, executing advertising campaigns, and driving customer enquiries to boost both online and in-store sales. This position requires a hands-on marketer who is passionate about fashion and skilled in digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photos, Reels, and posts showcasing new arrivals, outfits, and in-store activities.
• Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business where applicable.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to generate enquiries and increase sales.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries.
• Develop and implement monthly content calendars, promotions, and campaign ideas.
• Analyze performance metrics and produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the in-store team to ensure online content reflects current stock, promotions, and store events.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, preferably within retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong skills in content creation, including photography, video editing (Reels), and compelling caption writing.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Good understanding of current social media trends and factors that influence online and in-store sales.
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be based in Lusaka and available to work on-site when required.
