Sales & Marketing Representative Opportunities in Lusaka

Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full Time

Remuneration: Fixed Base Salary plus Commission/Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients and new business opportunities
• Conduct field marketing and B2B promotional activities
• Promote cleaning, gardening, renovation, and related services
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and client visits
• Maintain detailed records of prospective clients and sales activities
• Support client meetings, marketing campaigns, and promotional events
• Identify projects, tenders, and contract opportunities
• Assist with social media marketing and create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook and TikTok
• Provide regular feedback on field activities and lead generation

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate required; Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Public Relations or related field is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in approaching companies and potential clients
• Good presentation and persuasion abilities
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Creativity and comfort with social media content creation
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to work in the field
• Previous sales or marketing experience is beneficial
