KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management
- Customer Complaints & Resolution
- Customer Education on Products
- Portfolio Performance Monitoring
- 85% Customer Retention Target
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Diploma in a Business-Related Field Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM platforms
- Knowledge of company products & policies
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
