About the Property Sales Marketing Consultant Jobs in Lusaka

As a Property Sales & Marketing Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales of luxury residential properties. You will engage directly with high-net-worth clients, guiding them through the buying process with professionalism and expert knowledge. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, a polished commercial approach, and the ability to cultivate long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the sales centre, conducting property viewings.
• Assess clients’ needs, budgets, family requirements, and lifestyle preferences to recommend suitable properties.
• Accurately present project features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Manage sales leads from initial enquiry through reservation, contract signing, and payment collection.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Develop new business opportunities through personal networks, social media, corporate events, and community engagements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing timely feedback to management.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline; degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are advantageous.
• Minimum of two years’ proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance, confidence, and commitment to high standards of customer service.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to personal transport.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

• Chinese language skills or prior experience working with Chinese companies and clients.
• Knowledge of the Lusaka property market and basic Zambian property law.
