Corporate Sales Executive

We are seeking an accomplished commercial professional to drive enterprise growth, manage key corporate relationships, and secure strategic partnerships across Zambia’s corporate and financial services sectors. This is a senior, relationship driven role for a sales professional who operates comfortably at the level of banks, corporates, and enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and have a proven ability to build, manage, and grow strategic relationships that deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage senior-level relationships with banks, financial institutions, and major corporate clients.
• Identify, negotiate, and close high-value commercial deals with corporate, financial institutions and enterprise partners
• Drive revenue growth, account profitability, and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the Organization credibly in senior, relationship-led conversations with bank and corporate stakeholders.
• Manage sales pipelines, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Structure commercial agreements that align with both partner and needs the organizations growth strategy
• Contribute to commercial team development and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in corporate or B2B sales, with proven success managing banking or corporate relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to close enterprise-level deals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and leadership skills.
• Experience in fintech or technology is an advantage.
• An established network in Zambia’s corporate or financial sectors is highly desirable.
