About Us

Winco Industries is a Chinese manufacturing company establishing a new factory in Masaiti District, near the Kafulafuta Toll Gate. As we expand our operations in Zambia, we are seeking experienced, qualified professionals to join our team and support the long-term manufacturing operations of the factory.

We are urgently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Production Machine Operators

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to ensure safe, efficient output
• Carry out routine checks and basic preventive maintenance on machines
• Report faults or irregularities promptly to the Engineering/Maintenance team
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety regulations
• Maintain accurate production records

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in a relevant technical field, or a recognized trade/craft certificate
• TEVETA trade test certification (or affiliation with the relevant recognized trade body)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on experience operating industrial/production machinery
• Sound understanding of machine safety and quality control procedures

General Requirements (All Positions)

• Valid NRC/Passport
• Willingness to be based on-site at the factory in Masaiti District
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
