About Us

Winco Industries is a Chinese manufacturing company establishing a new factory in Masaiti District, near the Kafulafuta Toll Gate. As we expand our operations in Zambia, we are seeking experienced, qualified professionals to join our team and support the long-term manufacturing operations of the factory.

Electrical Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment across the plant
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and effectively
• Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical safety codes and standards
• Support installation and commissioning of new production equipment

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Registered/affiliated with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or TEVETA, as applicable
• Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant work experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
• Sound knowledge of electrical safety standards and industrial control systems

General Requirements (All Positions)

• Valid NRC/Passport
• Willingness to be based on-site at the factory in Masaiti District
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
