About Us

Winco Industries is a Chinese manufacturing company establishing a new factory in Masaiti District, near the Kafulafuta Toll Gate. As we expand our operations in Zambia, we are seeking experienced, qualified professionals to join our team and support the long-term manufacturing operations of the factory.

Mechanical Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical/production equipment
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programmes to maximize uptime
• Diagnose mechanical faults and develop lasting, effective solutions
• Collaborate with production and electrical teams to improve plant efficiency
• Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
• Registered/affiliated with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant work experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills

General Requirements (All Positions)

• Valid NRC/Passport
• Willingness to be based on-site at the factory in Masaiti District
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
