Pre-Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Review client RFPs/RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, including compliance matrices, construction methodology, work programmes, organization charts, and safety plans.
• Coordinate site surveys and assessments, including topographical information, geotechnical report reviews, access constraints, and telecom tower location validation.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and material take-offs for excavation, concrete, reinforcement steel, tower erection, fencing, earthing, and related civil works.
• Develop cost estimates and pricing schedules in coordination with Procurement and Finance.
• Support tender clarifications, client presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant civil construction experience involving telecommunications towers, transmission lines, and substations.
• Advanced or expert proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with STAAD.Pro and/or MS Tower; PLS-CADD and/or PLS-Pole for transmission-line work.
