Job Purpose

To install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all mechanical equipment and machinery in the plant. The role ensures maximum equipment availability, reliability, and performance through planned preventive maintenance and breakdown response, while complying with GMP, Food Safety, and OHS standards to support continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the any repair and Maintenance in the shift
• Up-keeping of the stand by equipment
• Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time
• Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets

Qualifications and Required Experience

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Food Industry in Mechanical Maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance and hands on experience of repair of each equipment's, pumps, blowers, compressor, Gearbox, Mechanical etc.
• Should have Knowledge of Human safety and Equipment safety.
• Full grade 12 Certificate.
