Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with about one - two years of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and spend time out in the field promoting our brand directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and run outdoor promotional activations and campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and communities to promote our products and services
• Carry out field work, including market visits, product demonstrations, and distribution of promotional materials
• Support the marketing team with planning, reporting, and campaign follow-up
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve our marketing efforts
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration (or a related field)
• Recent graduate or a maximum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in outdoor promotions or brand activations
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability and willingness to do regular field work
• Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and people skills
