Candidate Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate a strong interest in sales and marketing, with qualifications or experience aligned to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

• A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communication, or an equivalent background; motivated school leavers with a strong sales drive are also encouraged to apply
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Nyanja or Bemba is advantageous
• Ownership of a smartphone with WhatsApp and basic computer skills
