5. Marketing Officer

Minimum Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or promotions.
• Good writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Ability to develop marketing campaigns and attract customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Caskan Apartments and its services.
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Develop promotional content and campaigns.
• Identify business development and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• Must be honest, reliable, disciplined, and professional.
• Must demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be customer-focused and committed to quality service.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet operational expectations.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
